Valentines day comes around every year, and every year you need to buy your partner a gift, and every year you buy her either chocolate, flowers, wine, cuddly toys or a combination of them. This year, why dont you buy something a little different and give your loved one a gift that they will appreciate and remember rather than a box of chocolates from the petrol station. In the rest of this article we will cover some ideas for different gifts that you can buy this year to make your loved one feel a bit more special.

Experience Days - How about going out for an experience day together rather than just buying her a cuddly toy this year? Wine tasting, hot air balloon rides, sky diving and driving experiences are just some of the more popular experience days which are available to buy. Regardless of which experience you decide to do with your loved one, one thing is certain, compared to a box of chocolates, cuddly teddy or bottle of wine, the experience day will be far more enjoyable.

Adult Toys - rather than going out on an experience day for valentines day, why not stay in and enjoy the company of each other. Most couples use some sort of adult toys in the bedroom to make their love life a little more exciting. There is a wide range of toys available for couples, ranging from basic items such as hand cuffs and adult outfits through to sex chairs or love dolls. You do not need to worry about the toys being delivered in packaging that will give the gift away. Most adult toy stores deliver your toys in plain, unbranded packaging to as to avoid embarrassment.

Chores - If money is a bit tight this year for any reason, you can still give your loved one a gift that will make them feel special. With unemployement and the cost of living rising, rather than spending money on gifts which arent needed or will be sat on a shelf for the next year or so, you could use this as a cost effective gift that will still show how much your love them. Why not take on some of their chores for the day, or even for the week! So that your partner can relax for a while, why not tell them you will do all the cooking for the next few days or will tidy up for the next week. Obviously this only works if you do though! There is no point promising to help out and do the cooking all week and then failing to do any of it.
