Article writing is most probably of the most popular varieties of artistic writing. This is not an easy job I can assure you seeing that there is so much competition with all the other writers on the the web. Though, it should be your ambition for every article you produce. In that way you are stimulated to write the best article possible.
I do not have many tips for you when it comes to writing. I think of article writing a routine you master over the years and every article is a little better. However, I suggest you pick out your subject carefully. Write exclusively about subjects you are up with or things you know about. Once you have selected you subject you should choose the viewpoint of the article. What do you want to write about the theme and what do you intend to "teach" the reader? If you are absolutely not good at article writing I recommend to outsource this to somebody. There are quite a few ways to do this like mturk of Amazon or Freelance. Look at google for "outsourcing article writing" and you will get hunderds of hits where to go.
There is also article writing software. Do not use such tools! The quality of these articles is poor and almost every article directory will reject your work.

My theory is, writing articles can be done by everybody. It is something you master by doing and if you do not have the opportunity or if you do not have any ability you can always outsource it.
