Is doTERRA a Scam? Myriad companies are born and die within their first few years. They may attract a good handful of people, but they soon change policy, mess around with their products, or ditch their network marketing model altogether. So how do you know if doTERRA is one of those companies that is destined for failure?
There are 5 conditions a great company must meet. See if doTERRA Scam is true by looking at: growth, retention, vision, product, and leadership of the company.
They've been around since 2008, and doTERRA Global has opened up several foreign countries. Their retention rate is an amazing 65%, which is 2 to 3 times stronger than other network marketing companies.
Obviously with a retention rate like that, and with doTERRA adding copious independent product consultants daily, the company is very solid.
Is their leadership strong enough?
Not many companies boast an executive team of 6, one being a woman: but with doTERRA's leadership: David Stirling, Greg Cook, Rob Young, Emily Wright, Dr. David K. Hill, and Mark Wolfert, they're raising the bar for the industry. The company has a culture of family, helping, and sharing--as evidenced from the synergism, values, and vision of the leadership team.
If hearing a message from one of the leaders via webinar, phone, or newsletter weren't enough, to meet them in person solidifies the power of their integrity.
The leadership team simply wants to give people the best possible quality at the most reasonable prices. And it shows in their product line.
With doTERRA's main product being Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, they do have a few other products that are based on essential oils. Shampoo, skin care, and nutritional supplements are just a few of the branches in doTERRA that utilize their essential oils.
New products come out quarterly--after they've been rigorously tested. The clients and consultants seem to be zealous about these high quality products. And this company looks like it'll keep growing exponentially because of it.
Since doTERRA is growing at an astounding rate, their products must be good, and that also means their compensation plan must be good too. Obviously, then, we can see that there is no doTERRA Scam.
It looks like they pay their consultants lots more than typical companies. Sure they have the usual "fast start bonuses" and other payouts at the "infinity" and "leadership" levels. With the unilevel structure having higher percentages deeper down the line, there's lots of money to be had here. There's something they focus on called the "Power of 3 Team Bonus" where if you build based on 3, then you get extra bonuses on top of the regular system.
When a consultant reaches a certain mid-level, they get a share in all the leaders of the company's pool of money. It looks like the higher you go, the more you get to share with the leaders--creating a family feel where everyone helps each other.
doTERRA seeks to provide the world with the best possible products. This promise is seen throughout their literature, leaders, and products.
The vision of doTERRA fits nicely with what's happening in our world in both the financial arena and also the health-care arena. It's comforting to know that doTERRA has both of those covered in a really beautiful package.
So obviously doTERRA Scam isn't. They have excellent leadership, vision, growth, retention, and products. It'll be fun to see this company's vision and growth explode over the next year.
