Get Pushups To Work Better With This Unique Tip
You need a trio of chairs in order to build muscle this way. This is the way to do it:
1. Put two chairs side by side for your hands, make sure they are 18" apart.
2. Place your left hand on the left chair
3. Put the right hand on a second chair.
4. Use the third chair for your feet.
Now you're ready to go, it's time to get a ripped chest, pumped up arms, a V tapered back and watermelon sized shoulders. You will look like a gymnast in no time.
Do as many push-ups between the chairs as you possibly can. Rest for approximately 2 minutes and then do a second set to continue can do anymore push-ups , this is called, exercise to failure. Failure means the point in which you can't do anymore push-ups.
After your second set, have another 3 minute rest and then do a third set.
In the unlikeley event that this is no problem for you, heighten the third chair with books in order to increase the angle and make it more difficult for you, which can lead to better results. Basically, your legs will raise up above your arm level.
