A visit to the dentist is not always the most pleasant of occurrences. It could be said that this film portrayed dentistry in the same way that "Jaws" did for the Great White Shark. Obviously, films like these are not based in reality and the situation is that dentistry is exactly the opposite of what Olivier did to Hoffman. The variety of treatment available at the moment is remarkable, with one of these certainly putting its head above the rest of the treatments which any patient could receive.
